Review: No one looks forward to replacing their roof but doing it with Smart Roof makes it a much easier process. I started the process with Chris, with a reference from a friend. He did a great job of explaining things and worked very closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was processed properly. If I had any questions I could ask him and he explained everything. He even stopped by during the work to see how everything was going.Jeremy was the second person I worked with who helped me get the best value for the replacement roof and a few extras that I wanted for upgrades. No one likes a hard sale and Jeremy made this process very easy and professional.Finally, Jonathan was the project manager who made sure that everything worked properly during the day of installation and did a final inspection with me to make sure that it was completely clean and the work was conducted professionally. I was very pleased with how he made sure I was comfortable with the final result.The team who put the roof on worked swiftly and professionally. I don’t foresee any problems. I strongly endorse them if you’re trying to get your roof replaced because it’s just time or you had hail damage like I did.
