Review: I am generally distrustful of overly positive reviews. In this case; however, the rating and review are warranted.To say I was impressed with Shanco’s work would be an understatement. Major work done in one’s home is never without complications. The replacement of our roof on 5/10/2023 has to be the exception. It was well planned, well supervised, and carefully executed. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but can happily say, every detail was handled smoothly. Photos of the inspection, the removal of the old roof material, and the installation of all the new material, in stages, were provided to us as part of their service. Documenting their work in this way showed a level of professionalism and attention to detail one would hope for from anyone doing major work in one’s home. Chad Williams, the Sr. Project Manager, and his crew were courteous, prompt, efficient, and professional. Thank you for such a positive experience.Additionally, as part of their service, Shanco, through a public adjuster, handled our insurance claim directly, taking the stress away from us of having to navigate that process.Above and beyond. Highly recommend.
