Review: We had a great experience working with Raymond and Metro Renovators. Our townhome roof was in need of repair/replacement and I reached out to three BBB roofing companies in the area. While all three assessments were professional and quick, Metro Renovators stood out for a few key reasons.- Raymond was very knowledgeable and genuine. He also was the first and only of the three companies that identified the source of leakage and the fact that we did not need an attic fan.- Raymond’s two appraisals were very clear and laid out specifics in a consumable manner. It was easy to understand exactly what the project would look like.- Metro Renovator’s price point was great. It was nearly $1000 cheaper than the next two offers, but for the same or similar materials and craftsmanship. At first this kind of concerned be, but Metro Renovator delivered great service and workmanship. They do NOT offer a military discount, but I completely understand why because they price extremely fair to their customers.I would use them again for other projects on our home. Definitely recommend reaching out to Metro if you need a new roof and see for yourself.
