Review: I selected this contractor based on the estimator’s quick response. He also sealed the problem area when inspecting.The work was scheduled very quick too when I got the HOA’s approval. That’s a great relief for me because I was afraid that there could be more damage if the project was scheduled for longer waiting time for materials.The roof was installed in one day. The manager, Chris, on site knows the job well. He is very responsive and also offered to fix a small inside ceiling water stain without extra cost.I’ll consider this contractor for future needs.
