Review: You will know quality when you see and experience it. My dealings with Capital Pro and Mr. Scott Tripp were excellent, from start to finish. I need to have a replacement roof on my elderly mother’s home. Scott was able to walk both my mother and me through each step, listen to our wants and needs and provide the best value and superior quality. This included choices and options. Scott had the patience of a saint and was able to make sure we understand the process of the agreement, finance and construction. The crew worked quickly and they provide clear pictures of their work. Scott continued to over communicate each phase and all findings and made sure that my mother was in the know every step of the way. Scott made sure to call me also to make sure we were on the same page. Clean up was meticulous. I needed to know that he was going to take care of my mother and they did. The house and roof looks wonderful, and I now have confidence that the roof is pure quality. Thank you to Scott and Capital Pro Services. We could not be any more happy.
